Okay, so I need something to do with my time so I can blog more, so I found this ten day thing!

 So here we go! Ten secrets:

1. I have a hate/love relationship with scary movies. I love to watch them, but I hate how scared I get after I watch them. I think about it 24/7 lol.

2. I love living in Vegas, but it sucks being so far away from my family.

 3. The zoo is probably my favorite place to be.

4. I love animals more than people.

5. I am a BIG procrastinator. I put everything off til the last minute.

6. I feel like a lot of people really don't like me, they're just fake.

7. Anytime someone leaves my presence, I think about them until I know they're okay. I hate it when my family/boyfriend goes on road trips without me cause I just have anxiety the whole time they're driving.

8. I can't sleep when people snore or breathe loudly.

9. I have an obsession with food, yet I want to be skinny. They kind of contradict each other.

10. I HATE dirty things. Biggest pet peeve ever lol.

Yep. I went with my gut today and FINALLY decided to do my bangs! Freak, I love them. And I went darker as well.

 Oh and I put some feathers in my hurr as well. Wahoo! I love change. :)

 I put these on here so you can see my weight loss progress. :) My tummy isn't as flat as I want it, so that's a work in progress. But it all came together nicely I think! I'm pretty happy.

so, two months later? i know i'm bad lol.

Oh my gosh! I don't even remember the last time I wrote in my blog.. May-ish? Dang! So much crap has happened to me it's freaking nuts! I'm going to try to do my best to catch up with everyone.

Alright, so I met my goal! I am now 152 pounds. :) And completely satisfied! It took me three long months, but I made it. You can kind of tell how much skinnier my face is compared to what it used to be.

Did I mention I love the Yankees? :P ANYWHO! Moving on.. I FINALLY quit Smashburger! Seriously, thank God. I've been going INSANE working there! I've never had trouble with my workplace before, and this place has been giving me hell since I started! If anyone wants to know the big sob story, I'll do a separate post on that lol. It's way too long to write about! But I am 100% happier and so much more stress free! I got another job working at a salon. :) I love it! There are 275 employees and I am the receptionist.. Yeah, I know. Like seriously? How am I supposed to keep track of all of those damn people! But I'm hanging in there and getting better at it. I've been there for about two months now and it's getting easier. Everyone seems to like me there too, so that's good. Well, maybe besides a few people. But I don't care about them anyway! Lol so what-errer. (If you don't know where what-errer comes from, watch this- http://youtu.be/gtkU2ch0sRI  There's a good chance you will piss yourself.)

Let's see.. What else is new in my life? Oh! I don't even know if I posted on here that I took a summer course, but it happened to be Philosophy and I just so happened to get a B in the class! Hell to the yeah! Lol I was pretty stoked. Grades weren't my strong point in high school.. Or college. For some reason I always do better in the summer.


Let's see, what else? I freaking got into a car accident not long ago! Two weeks ago tomorrow to be exact. I was on my way to work and the speed limit was 55 but it was kind of stop and go traffic, so anyway this lady in front of my slammed on her brakes and I slammed on mine. I REALLY don't think I would've hit the lady in front of me if I hadn't been hit from behind by two freaking cars! So I'm freaking bawling and I'm so glad I had my seat belt on, because if I didn't, I'm pretty sure I would've went through the windshield. Anyway, the lady who I hit got out of her car and came up to me and was like, "You okay, baby?" I told her I was but I was just way freaked out. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was, then I noticed she had two kids in the car with her so I asked her if her kids were okay and she said they were. I asked her if my car was okay and she said it was too. Then she kinda started to act sketchy. She said that her car was okay and my car was okay, so this accident just concerns the other two cars that were involved in the accident. She's all, "I'm out of here! This doesn't concern us. You should go too." I was like, hell no! I remember driving school and the last thing I want to do is get arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. HELLOOOO. So anyway, she freaking bounced. And I was stupid enough to not get her license plate number. :( But I was so freaked out I wasn't even thinking about that. I went to Progressive the other day to get an estimate on my car and it's going to be $530 to fix. I mean, not bad considering it was a four car accident and the other two cars that were involved were totaled. I got so lucky! So I'm very thankful for that. And I wasn't hurt. :)


My sister Savannah got a job at Jim's in Tooele, all thanks to me. ;) Just kidding, more like all thanks to my good friend Kandy who works there. I am so thankful my sister finally got a job! She needs to start saving money for sure.


I'm trying to think of something else that's happened to me over the past two months before I get to the BEST news yet! Oh, I lost my promise ring Lane got me. :( I'm heartbroken. Seriously, that thing was my other half. I took it off to wash my hands at work and I left without even thinking twice about it until I got home and I noticed my hand was bare. I was like, oh shit. Seriously? So Lane just found out a few days ago and he was NOT happy. I feel so terrible. I just want it back..

On a lighter note, it's time for the best thing that's happened to me in the past few months. Lane's brothers girlfriend, Ali, had her baby! Luke Justin Quaney was born July 21 at 12:34 p.m. He was 8lbs 15oz and 21 in. long. Such a big boy!

 I am seriously so in love with this little bundle of joy. He is the best baby! Hardly ever cries and just sleeps all the time. K, I know most newborns just sleep but my friend Bridget just had a baby as well, and she said Brodie (her baby girl) like, NEVER sleeps. Pretty unfortunate lol. Luke is a sleeper! I love my Lukey bear!

Oh, and did I mention I'm going to have my own little bundle of joy soon too? Yep! I'm pregnant. :)

I don't have anything in particular that inspires me. I have a few people who inspire me though, of course! My parents inspire me every day to do the best I can. My dad works a super hard job five days a week and my mom is working a job she absolutely hates. I have a few friends who are moms and when I see them with their babies it inspires me to be a good mommy. I can't wait til I am one!

Day 28- Write a letter to someone you haven't talked to in a long time.

Dear Josh,

It's weird to think that you left this earth a month ago yesterday. I know people always regret not talking after someone is gone, and they're right. Remember summer of 9th grade? Well, 10th grade for you haha. We were pretty tight. :) You, Alyssa, Phil and I always hung out and watched projected movies in your backyard, went swimming and rode around in your car. Man, you loved that thing. I really miss you and I think about you a lot. I really do regret drifting away from you those few short years. I miss riding the bus with you and you were ALWAYS late. I mean, ALWAYS. I could always expect you to be running out last minute as we were about to pull away haha. You were seriously one of a kind and I wish your babies could've gotten to know you a lot better. I love you very much, you're always in my heart. <3

Day 29- Things you're looking forward to in the next week/month.

I am looking forward to losing more weight, going home to watch Sayward graduate, maybe starting a bowling league with Lane and Ali's baby shower! Woo! :)

So I had another doctors appointment yesterday and I have lost a total of 15.6 pounds in 34 days! So I weigh 169.4 pounds. :) Yay! Only 14.4 more pounds to go! He said it would probably take me another month and a half to lose it, which is fine with me! I am in no rush haha. 30 pounds in 3 months is good for me. Lane's cousin, Laken, is doing it with me now too! So I have a buddy to go walking and stuff with lol. Cause I'm super lazy. ;)

I seriously need a new job. I don't make enough money to save. :( Boo. I save it for a little while and before I know it, it's gone. I need to be making like, $10.00 an hour. That would be awesome. This $8.25 shit just ain't cuttin' it.

happy mothers day!

Today is one of my favorite days of the year. :) I LOVE Mother's day! Number one, because I get to show my mommy why I appreciate the number one woman even MORE than I already do! And number two, because I cannot WAIT til I'm a mommy and can celebrate this day with everyone else! I just wanted to take the time to say why I appreciate my Mommy so much.

She is the one who gave birth to me obviously, so she loved me even before I was here. :) She had to carry my fat ass in her stomach for nine months lol! She had to tolerate all of the backaches, headaches, fatigue, cramps, weight gain, contractions and the BIRTH of me! She fed me, clothed me, kept me clean, changed my diapers and helped me learn. She has been my savior, my best friend, my enemy, my shoulder to cry on and my support. Most importantly, she has made me into the woman I am today. I don't know where I would be 20 years later without you. I love you so much! Thank you for everything you have done for me and the girls, you are my best friend and my life. We are so lucky to have you. Have an amazing Mother's day.

I see the road, my front yard which consists of beautiful flowers and grass, my car, the driveway, our garbage cans, the mailbox, the sky, ya know. ;)

Okay, so I went for my weigh in yesterday and in a total of 29 days I have lost 14.3 pounds! :) That's awesome! My nurse said I'm above average, they only anticipate most people to lose about 11 pounds. So I'm very proud of myself! Haha I just can't wait to be skinny and then start working on my muscles. ;) Also, this week I'm getting more hours in at work and I'm super excited about it. I worked eight hours yesterday and today I work 12-8 and tomorrow I work 12-9. Thank goodness! These hours have been seriously needed. They usually don't let us work that many hours in a day, so I'm surprised. But I'll take it! Gotta make that money, honey! Lots of crap to buy! Lol!

So since I couldn't be in Tooele for Easter with my family, Lanes family has this tradition that every year they go to the same park and camp out all day playing fun games and have this huge family picnic. It was such a blast! I was so glad I got to spend it with their family, they always make me feel so welcome. I love them all so much. :) I wish I had taken pictures! Hopefully I can steal someone elses, like I said. I hope everyone else had as amazing of an Easter as I did! I love life.
